Digital certificates

Every original painting and print edition released by Atelier Clarke is issued a numbered digital certificate at the moment it leaves the studio — a permanent, publicly verifiable record of what the work is, and a running record of who has owned it.

Each certificate carries a unique number (in the form AC-2026-00042) and a QR code that resolves to this site’s public verification page, so a certificate can be checked by anyone, at any time, without needing to contact the studio.

Ownership transfers, exhibition history, and restoration notes are all appended to a certificate’s provenance record rather than overwriting it — the full history travels with the work.
